The position is also responsible for achieving a high level of team performance to exceed company objectives and drive continuous growth related to team capability and contributions. Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bachelor’s Degree preferred At least seven (7) years’ experience in customer service with a strong background/understanding in supply chain operations Passionate about customer service Commitment to continual improvement Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as effectively network throughout the organization.
