Description

Contract to March 31, 2019 (with a possiblity of extension)

This role will be responsible for providing assistance to Human Resources functions within the Human Resources Department. Responsibilities will include development of a user-manual for a recruitment database, Staffing Pro. Research development of new policies as required. Applying the tracking mechanism for policies in the policies & procedures software. Implementation of a HR Metrics and Analytics Data tracking software. Updating job descriptions and developing an Occupational Health & Safety program, additional HR project work as needed.

 
Position Requirements
  • Post graduate in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum three years HR Coordinator experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and HR databases is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must
  • Ability to multi-task and effective organization skills are required
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation,
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
