We are seeking mission focused professionals to serve as a full time Clinical Therapist responsible for providing a range of moderately complex clinical services (diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, interventions, individual, family therapy, etc.) with children, adolescents, and identified adults.

As a Clinical Therapist you would:

  • Complete identified diagnostic assessments, including biopsychosocial assessments and CANS. Develops and implements Treatment Plan based on assessments.
  • Provide ongoing mental health/clinical services as needed or are required by contract
  • Create documentation for all services you provide in our Electronic Record System.
  • Provide in-home, direct services to families and children in your caseload.
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedule with the other team members. Generally, we're on call 1 week every 2 months.
  • Develop and maintain consultative and liaison relationships with DCBS and other members of the youth’s treatment team (biological parents, school, etc.)
  • Travel within the Lake Cumberland region and Pulaski and surrounding counties. Overall hours being worked outside of the office is estimated to be around 60%, which includes traveling to and from visits and time spend at the home conducting a home visit.
  • Set your schedule in collaboration with the team. Generally, we work standard hours of around 9am - 6pm, however there are times when you may need to work until 8pm or later, based on the needs of the families.
 
Position Requirements

What you bring to this role:

  • New Graduates Welcome! Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, or child & family studies is required.
  • CSW, LPCA, MFT Associate (may be under supervision); LCSW, LPCC, LMFT is preferred
  • Two years of experience in providing treatment to youth and families, preferred. Experience with family preservation services, crisis intervention, substance abuse treatment and trauma informed care is preferred.
