Our Team:

The Stability Technician supports the daily operation of the Stability Program by performing regular stability testing and maintaining documentation.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the daily, weekly and monthly stability interval process including paperwork and samples.
  • Generate initial documentation, gather additional information from other departments, label samples and place them into relevant stability chambers.
  • Identify and pull the appropriate number of stability samples from the chambers as per study schedule for delivery to the lab for testing and make sure all the logbooks are filled out accordingly.
  • Maintain the program schedule and prepare study protocols.
  • Maintain stability chamber environmental parameters and documentation.
  • Monitor and report on the stability studies on a regular basis.
  • Document information by maintaining daily logs and equipment record books. Write investigation reports and other reports as needed.
  • Analyze data for trends and interpret data relevant to product history as needed.
  • Work with Brands and contract manufacturers to execute stability studies; monitor and evaluate through stability study lifecycle.
  • Maintain stability chambers appropriately through scheduled calibrations, preventive maintenance, repair and validation.
  • Proactively collaborate and support the team, communicate problems as they arise and identify solutions.

What you bring to the team:

  • Associate's degree in science, technology or laboratory technology
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in data collection and interpretation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or technical certification in a relevant field.
  • Prior nutraceutical experience.
