The ideal candidate is an experienced self-motivated individual that wants to lead projects and is interested in marketing Alliant to potential clients. This individual will serve as a project engineer, but will also be given the opportunity to manage projects for design projects in Florida and across the country. Position Description: Your solid knowledge of technical principles and practices will enable you to schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. You will have the opportunity to: Direct staff consisting of technicians and Graduate Engineer I/E.I.T. as needed; Conduct performance reviews.
