Responsibilities: - Answering a high volume of calls on a multi-line phone system
- Gathering information from callers about their concerns so that calls can be routed appropriately
- Greeting visitors
- Mail sorting, processing and distribution
- Assist Human Resources Department with projects and administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality
