Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children, adolescents and adults with autism and intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Based in Palm Bay, FL, this position is responsible for the implementation and development of individualized treatment programs for the clients that we serve.

Position Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in the field of behavior analysis, mental health, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or a human services field required
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst or BCaBA required


  • 1+ years experience working directly with children and families with developmental disabilities and behavior problems required

Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day
  • Valid Florida driver's license
