POSITION SUMMARY: Develop and build computer network attack training content to support the professional develop of IT and cyber professionals of the USAF. The content will support the training of new Red Team operators for cyber exercises, open network operations, and DoD weapons system assessments. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Consult with US Air Force representatives to develop training plan, identify applicable content, appropriately scoping training modules, and develop syllabi. Prepare reports, memos, letters, forms, briefings, and other documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Work with the customer, Project Manager, and other team members to develop superior training content, templates, and deliverables to support the needs of the customer. Develop academic presentations, trainee handouts, quiz question banks, scenario design specifications, and instructor guides. Develop training content for Computer Network Attack, Computer Network Defense, and Computer Network Operations Intelligence Analysis. Research training topics to identify open source instructional material to incorporate into training modules. Provide consultation with customer on computer network operations to include knowledge of Microsoft enterprise networks to include: Windows 7/10 OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, Sharepoint, and other enterprise grade products. Linux/Unix expertise is a plus. Provide subject matter expertise in computer network attack, red teaming, reverse engineering, penetration testing, and other offensive and defense cyber tactics and techniques. Consult with customer on identifying new cyber tactics and techniques to incorporate in training and other mission activities. Follow project management plans and schedules and work within demanding timelines.   Position Requirements POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Network Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security or a related field. Experience conducting Computer Network Attack operations or as a Remote Interactive Operator for a DoD Agency in a U.S.C. Title 50 role within the last five (5) years. Extensive knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Enterprise networks. Minimum IAT Level II certification such as Security+ or higher-level certification. CEH certification or similar. The is a remote position: candidate must be able to work independently and in consultation with others through electronic means. Some travel is required.
