Guest Services Representative

We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent people skills for the position of Guest Service Representative, to be on site at our Black Canyon Office. Guest Service Representatives are responsible for providing front desk services to employees and guests, checking equipment in and out, scheduling, undertaking various administrative duties, projects, and other duties as assigned.

The best Guest Service Representatives will have tremendous patience when dealing with guests and employees and accommodate their every need with enthusiasm and poise.

Guest Service Representative Responsibilities:

Greeting guests and employees upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.

Administering check-ins and check-outs.

Providing front desk services to guests and employees.

Administrative duties.

Delivering mail and messages.

Processing pay cards

Coordinating with Recruiting, HR, and IT departments.

Being a source of information to guests and employees on various matters 

Accommodating general and unique requests.

Position Requirements

Guest Service Representative Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

2+ years customer service experience.

Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Conflict resolution experience.

Patience and good listening skills.

Proactive and the willingness to learn
