As a Clinical Program Supervisor at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping children along the Autism Spectrum in need. We offer:

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts' Hilltop program provides therapeutic care to children between the ages 10-16, diagnosed along the autism spectrum. Located in Rutland, MA, our Clinical Program Supervisor oversees Hilltop's clinical services and provides supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians, interns, and training to staff. The primary clinical treatment model for this program is a combination of Applied Behavior Analysis and CBT within a trauma-informed care milieu.

Position Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field required.
  • Minimum of 1 years direct clinical experience with clinical supervisory experience preferred
  • The ideal candidate will have their LICSW, LMHC or BCBA certification. *Applicants close to obtaining licensure are welcome to apply!
  • The ideal candidate will have training and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, exposure to trauma-informed care or training in TF-CBT, and experience in family consultation

Job Summary Flexible Schedule: M-F: 9:00am - 5:00pm or four 10-hour days. Evenings as needed.
