Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Phoenixville provides programs and services for families and adolescents. The responsibilities include the administrative management of case manager’s clients. This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining all documentation from external providers such as Individual Education plans, Physical and Psychiatric evaluations. Additionally, you will work closely with our Outpatient department to assist in them in completing administrative tasks as well as writing and printing Psychiatric evaluations and ensuring correct client diagnoses are entered in our electronic medical records. Lastly, you will assist supervisors with billing and administrative tasks.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Anthropology, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Theology, Nursing, Counseling, or Education. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required. Must have a valid drivers license.
Physical Requirements: Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing. Some lifting and/or managing resistance required related to applying physical intervention techniques – upwards of 75-100 lbs. or more. Some repetitive wrist/hand movements, normal hearing and vision. Occasional use of computers and office equipment. Significant amounts of driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes. Ability to meet 100% mastery of Crisis Prevention/Intervention techniques.
