Catholic Charities, Matt Talbot Residential Program provides residential alcohol and other drug addiction treatment for adult men and women who reside in Cuyahoga County who have received an alcohol and/or other drug assessment and meet the criteria of care as determined by the assessment. May have co-occurring mental health issues.
The Program Coordinator II is a clinical position that will be the interface between clinicians providing direct service in residential treatment and managed care organizations whereby the organization is requesting prior authorization for service continuation. This position will work directly with clinicians to gather needed information and enter or fax request for providing treatment. This position will travel between two sites- 6753 State Road in Parma and 7901 Detroit Ave in Cleveland.
