Description

Boundless, a community mental health agency serving Central Ohio and the surrounding areas, offering a variety of services designed to support the ongoing needs of our community. Offerings include customized and integrated care that combines behavioral counseling and therapy, pharmacological management, center-based educational service, speech therapy and other mental health services under one umbrella to help our consumers across all ages to achieve the best outcomes in school, home and work.

Boundless - Step By Step campus is currently looking for Clinic Coordinator in Worthington, Ohio. This is a Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt position.

Major tasks, duties and responsibilities:

Primary job responsibility is to monitor both behavioral health and educational goals, ensure goals are implemented with fidelity and documented accurately by educating and leading a team of Behavior Technicians. The Clinic Coordinator will also facilitate group instruction to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disorders using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Clinic Coordinators will attend regular meetings with Intervention Specialists, Center-Based Clinicians, Behavior Analysts and Clinic Director.

Primary responsibilities:

Implement and assist in the development of behavioral health goals and objectives in conjunction with the Center-Based Clinician and Behavior Analyst, ensure behavioral health goals are implemented, and provide daily documentation on progress

Implement and assist in the development of educational goals and objectives in conjunction with the Intervention Specialist and Behavior Analyst, ensure educational goals are implemented, and provide weekly documentation (at minimum) on progress

Facilitate group instruction opportunities consistent with consumer's behavioral health and educational goals

Directly lead, manage and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians to ensure fidelity of educational/treatment implementation and documentation, aid in professional development and support the day to day operations of the treatment team

Responsible for following all Boundless policy and procedures found in the employee handbook

Responsible for following ASP, CARF and Mental Health policies and procedures

Dress appropriately and arrives on time to work

Uses professional language at all times included but not limited to describing the individuals' deficits and/or behaviors

Lift and transport children across the room or as necessary while maintaining their safety

Participate in all fundraising activities through distribution of materials and information

All other assigned duties

Qualifications/Education:

Undergraduate Degree Required

Hold and maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or,

Actively working toward BCBA or BCBA certification (enrolled in fieldwork portion of pursuing the credential)

Strong computer skills
