Works as part of a team, with a responsibility to assess testing design and procedure the whole way through the testing life cycle. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for providing technical support to the installation, maintenance, problem resolution of software during Software Integration Testing, Government Acceptance and Interoperability Test (GAIT), and GAIT Regression. Provide technical and administrative direction for personnel performing production tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and user standards, and ensuring that a high level of quality is maintained. Coordinate with the project manager and/or quality assurance manager to ensure problem solution and user satisfaction.
