Description

Autism Family Services is seeking to hire BCBAs for Part Time and per diem positions.

As a BCBA, you will supervise in-home and community-based ABA services for children on the Autism Spectrum ages 2-21 years old. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for individuals diagnosed with ASD.
  • Provide supervision and training to behavior therapists on assigned caseloads.
  • Train family members on implementing ABA procedures.
  • Conduct skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, AFLS) when needed.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans when needed.
  • Plan for treatment by monitoring patient progress, analyzing data/graphs, modifying teaching procedures/treatment goals, and designing instructional stimuli.
  • Maintain documentation, provide periodic reports on client progress, and update treatment plans when necessary.

Position Requirements
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Flexible schedule to include days, evenings and weekends.
