Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Day School is a private, day and residential school for students between the ages of 6-21 years and is fully approved by the Massachusetts Department of Education. Students with behavioral, emotional and learning disabilities are offered individualized assessment and planning in a supportive environment in order to identify their needs and strengths. Located in Rutland, MA, this position is responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision to clinical staff within the Day School and direct the delivery of integrated clinical services in accordance with established standards and practice guidelines.

Position Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Social Work or Psychology with a concentration/interest in the Child/Adolescent population.
  • Professional licensure in the state of Massachusetts (LMHC, LiCSW) or if new state resident must be license eligible and complete licensing requirements within (90) days of first becoming eligible. BCBA acceptable as well.
  • A minimum of two years of human services experience providing clinical services, supervising services and/or coordinating clinical services.

Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt  
Job Summary Flexible Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm or four, 10-hour days with some on-call hours.
