Our Team:
The CRM Specialist I provides service to sales team members in order to increase sales productivity and portfolio growth. This position serves as the key support person for the Sales Team, managing day to day administration of Salesforce.com. Responsibilities include but are not limited to sales reports, CRM related project coordination, salesforce integration, customer data cleansing, associate training and developing training videos and manuals for our unique use of salesforce. The CRM Specialist I works closely with the team leadership to discuss goals and deliverables while assisting, developing and maintaining productive business relationships throughout the sales and sales support teams.
What you will be doing:
- Manage all salesforce.com projects.
- Manage dashboard development and improvement.
- Manage report building and requests. Manage chatter usage; ensuring people know where to communicate and how.
- Manage sales reporting in Salesforce.
- Develop opportunity analysis in Salesforce.
- Manage training program for new employees/new users.
- Manage How-to section for users in Salesforce including training manuals and videos.
- Issue new licenses to new users. Partner with IS team to manage budget for license.
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 1-2 years' professional experience using Salesforce.com.
- 1-2 years' prior employee training experience.
- Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Professional nutraceutical/supplement or CPG industry experience.
