Online Services Electronic Services Specialist I 

Description

Administer technical and non-technical support and service to provide issue resolution and facilitate client use of the Employee Access Online, Online W-2, Paychex Expense Manager and Taleo (ES-4) products.

  • Responsible for client service and support for the ES-4 products.
  • Provide client service and technical support for HRO internet site on a daily basis.
  • Interface and work with various Paychex internal support desks and product areas, including the HRO Advisors.
  • Maintain knowledge about the ES-4 applications and how they interface with the Preview software.
  • Research and resolve client issues of all levels of complexity in a timely manner and on a daily basis. This requires the drawing and incorporation of Paychex IT support groups, Paychex HRS departments, MMS Hubs and client IT personnel.
  • Consult with the client regarding their specific company operation and deliver guidance and advice with regard to the best use of the ES-4 products.
  • Enter new cases into HRS and Salesforce.
  • Perform the PEM billing entry and support.
  • Interface with contacts at Expense Manager to escalate implementations.
  • Interact with Expense Manager Accountant when a discount or credit is warranted.
 
Position Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma - Required
  • 3 years of experience in Paychex payroll and HRS Billing experience.
