All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift Days   Description This position will be responsible for the following: Company capital process, including fixed asset management as well as budget and approval review and administration and 10yr strategic long term capital plan Lease accounting ASC 842 leader Assist in technical accounting research and documentation for new pronouncements and transactions Prepare monthly Chairman’s report Assist in financial reporting preparation       PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): Manage company capital spend; administration, budget and forecast. Manage company fixed asset ledger, including depreciation, disposals, impairments and assets under construction.  Manage company strategic long term capital plan Perform technical accounting research and work to develop key accounting policies Leader for ASC 842 leasing Lead Chairmen reporting process Prepare and assist in the financial reporting process, key schedules and footnotes Review and comment on account analysis from subsidiaries. Review and comment on all Executive Committee and BOD presentations. Work with all internal and subsidiary finance personnel to develop effective financial controls, policies and procedures. Interface with external and internal auditors as required. Other duties required by management. NON-PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): Independent thinker Previous experience working with senior management, comfortable giving presentations High visibility   Position Requirements MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Accounting or Finance Degree Minimum of three to five years’ experience in financial analysis or reporting Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office applications Prior experience with a large ERP software package (SAP preferred) Previous experience working in a large accounting firm ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: MBA or CPA (Strongly desired) Ability to take on projects without the need for close supervision or direction Exposure to ISO process                                  WORKING CONDITIONS:  Office environment Heavy PC usage Travel required: 0% Work remote available once established in position 30-40% of time   Location New Jersey   This position is currently not accepting applications.
