As a Clinical Supervisor of our adult specialty population, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share the passion for helping individuals that are in need.   • Clinically supervising and evaluating assigned clinical staff while completing staff assessments
  • Participate in treatment team and management teams of center
  • Provide clinical consultation and training to the programs
  • Participate in the implementation of D-PBIS in the programs
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the specialty bed program description
  • Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement program as defined by Center procedures
  • Provide clinical consultation and training in the programs
  • In conjunction with the State Clinical Director, ensures compliance with the standards and practice of clinical treatment in the programs
  • Partner with Operations team to ensure staff compliance with standards and practice
  • Work in conjunction with the clinical leadership team to improve outcomes for the individuals and the program

Position Requirements

The accomplished individual will possess:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling OR Doctorate degree in Psychology.
  • Must have clinical and supervisory certificate to provide supervision
  • Must be licensed in the State of New Jersey; LCSW, LPC, Licensed Psychologist
  • 2-3 Years of progressively responsible human services experience providing clinical services
  • One year of experience in the treatment of offending behaviors required
  • Training and experience in sexual offense Relapse Prevention.
  • Forensic Psychology background a plus.
  • A background in the treatment of individuals with sexual offending behaviors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive and perform in an ever-changing, fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
