Join one of the fastest growing and most respected homecare agencies in the nation. We are seeking a skilled, well-rounded, experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist with our exploding homecare business.
As a dedicated Weekend On-Call CNA, you will earn an on-call rate plus an hourly rate for all hours of service performed.
Must be available from 5:00 pm Friday to 8:00 am Monday.
Qualifications:
*Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
*Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required with home care experience preferred
*Current CPR certification
*Copy of updated TB results.
*Must be able to work competently and independently in order to serve the needs of our seniors in a professional manner.
*Must be able to provide services to clients with many care needs including, but not limited to, assistance with ADL's, dementia and hospice care.
*Must own a cell phone and be able to respond to the Weekend/After-Hours Supervisor within 15 minutes, and live in St. Tammany Parish. Reliable transportation required.
*Have open availability during the specified weekend period.
*Must be willing to work hourly and overnight shifts during the specified weekend period.
