Military Analyst / Systems Specialist providing Fires or Intel or Sustainment System integration and planning subject matter expertise to support multinational Command and Control interoperability and Exercise planning, training and integration of American, British, Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand Armies' Program (ABCANZ) Command Information System (CIS) and Information Management (IM) standards. Using industry standard project management best practices:

  • Plan, coordinate, execute and access multinational interoperability exercises in support of the U.S. Army G-3/5/7 Stability and Security Cooperation Division.
  • Lead multi-discipline, multi-national project teams and working groups to achieve CIS & IM interoperability with coalition partners.
  • Apply knowledge of U.S. Army doctrine, Mission Command Information Systems, and networks in developing procedural and technical interoperability solutions.
  • Develop and execute data collection and management plans to assess implementation of ABCANZ standards during multinational exercises and training events.
  • Provide consultation to US Army TRADOC Capabilities Manager representatives during the development of the Mission Partner Environment (MPE) and other coalition interoperability exercises and experiments.
  • Prepare General Officer correspondence for senior Army leaders.
  • Command Post Exercise planning, mission command systems integration planning and mission command risk reduction planning.
  • Expert use in either DCGSA and/or AFATDS and/or CPCE/MC System
  • Understands command post staff to staff information exchange requirements between DIV, BDE and BN.
  • Ability to speak with confidence to defend position.
  • Travel 25% of the year.
  • Work location split between FT Bliss and off-post site in El Paso.
