Located in Phoenix OR Tucson Arizona, the Senior Clinical Operations Manager will assist the Clinical Director with overseeing the fidelity and standardization of the clinical operation across Devereux Arizona. This position will oversee the utilization and maintenance of clinical evidenced best practices. Promote teamwork and the highest quality clinical and ethical standards. Facilitate positive relationships both internally and externally, including but not limited to customers including funders, referral sources and family/guardians.

Position Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Master’s degree in a human services related field required.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience working in behavioral health required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Licensure issued by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners to engage in the practice of behavioral health in Arizona at the Independent Level required.
  • Outstanding leadership skills to lead a diverse group and problem solve effectively
  • Must have extensive experience with electronic medical records
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check
  • Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
  • Pre-employment Physical, TB Test, and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
  • Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
