This individual will be responsible for:

• Programming, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance (PM’s) of all manufacturing production equipment.

• Working with PLC’s/HMI’s to install, modify, program and update production equipment.

• This position also requires the ability to have very positive direct interface with internal customers.

Position Requirements

The qualified candidate will have an (AAS) degree in Electronics or Electrical-Mechanical (other related degrees will be considered) with work experience • Must be familiar, experienced and capable of working with CNC controls, PLC’s (Allen Bradley RSLogix 500, RS Logix5000, Factory Talk View), Servo drives, feedback systems, encoders, relay logic control systems• Experience with equipment operating at 5VDC through 480VAC Three Phase systems • Able to troubleshoot and repair production equipment down to board component level as required• Understand the basic principles of troubleshooting and be proficient at reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams used for troubleshooting as related to manufacturing production equipment •Must have basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems as related to troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing production equipment. • The preferred qualified candidate should be trained in and familiar with NFPA 70E with an excellent track record having demonstrated good safe electrical work practices• The candidate should have experience having worked successfully with vendor/supplier relationships •. Proven track record of attention to detail, good follow thru and effective resolution to problems • Requires the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast paced- high demanding environment • Ability to prioritize and make appropriate decisions • Self starter and a team player • Able to communicate effectively, in a professional manner with customers/suppliers and co-workers. • Communicate using verbal and written skills in ways that honor diversity. • Practice safe work habits. • The candidate must have the ability to work from elevated platform surfaces •Ability to lift 50 lbs • Must have valid Driver’s License
