Share Email Opening Title Remediation Project Manager  We are RMC None Specified  Position Requirements Experience/ Requirements The position of Project Manager requires the following: 2 - 3 years exerience in restoration industry Regular attendance and arriving to work on time Strong Customer Service Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding time management skills Industry related certification, if possible (Asbestos Certification is a plus) Completion or in the process of completing IICRC Training Occasional heavy lifting (up to 20 lbs) Computer experience in MS Outlook and other programs (Xactimate is a plus) Valid CA drivers license is required Working Conditions Working conditions for this position include but are not limited to: Being on an on-call rotation and work after hours, when necessary Occasionally having to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) depending on the situation / claim Daily commuting is required   Description Job Summary Project Managers are responsible for simultaneously managing multiple claims / jobs. Makes thorough inspections of jobs and recommends further work to adjusters or clients. Direct lead technicians in the production phase of job(s) via work orders. Gather all documents and work orders in order to bill on a timely manner. Project Manager will be on an On-Call rotation with other managers. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager of that location. Interfacing with other departments within the company is required. Key Responsibilities Core responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Communicating effectively with adjusters, customers, co-workers and contractors Driving to loss site(s) to look at damages for commercial or private property, in order to prepare bids for adjusters or customers Preparing work orders for scheduling Pulling structural samples from property to test for asbestos / mold / lead Marketing to adjusters and / or potential clients Managing a job from the beginning until it's completion Completing paperwork and billing promptly   Additional Information   Location Orange County   Territory   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   Req Number SAL-18-00011   About the Organization Restoration Management Company, Northern California's largest emergency service / restoration company is a growing, profitable, privately held company headquartered in Livermore, California.
