Cambridge Management, Inc. is looking for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities which requires a broad understanding of HR functions. This position will spend about 50% of their time supporting the recruiting and onboarding functions and the other 50% of their time assisting in a variety of HR tasks and projects.

Essential Functions

  • Works effectively as part of the Human Resources Team
  • Schedule interviews with candidates
  • Respond to inquiries for information about job openings
  • Data entry into HRIS system
  • Coordinate new hire enrollment into benefits and updates for existing employees
  • Creating and managing postings using HRIS system
  • Post open positions on recruiting websites
  • Assist applicants with questions/issues regarding the online applicant tracking system
  • Process new hire paperwork, including I-9's and E-Verify process, create and maintain new hire files
  • Assist in data entry of FMLA, STD, LTD, and Workers Compensation paperwork
  • Uses HRIS (Ascentis HR) to enter and extract employee data and run reports.
  • Process exit paper work.
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivilent required, AA degree or similiar certification preferred
  • 1- 3 years experience in Human Resources department preferred
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Experience using HRIS or Recruiting software required, Ascentis experience a plus!
