The Sales Crew position is responsible for supporting anything needed by the boat sales department. Sales is an extremely customer service focused business, and we expect all our employees to uphold the highest level of customer service. The sales crew position is no different. There will be many tasks that involve customer interaction as well as behind the scenes duties that lead up to a great customer experience when they take delivery of their new boat. This person should treat every task as if it directly influences the customer they are serving. Each sales crew employee is expected to represent the business in the most professional way possible. This person should be motivated and willing to learn. There are a lot of moving pieces in preparing a boat to be sold, but safety is of the utmost importance.
The sales crew is responsible for cleaning boats, moving inventory, staging boats, assisting with special events setup, maintaining a clean showroom atmosphere, and any other tasks asked upon that will better the business. Some of these tasks are as follows:
Must have a valid driver's license.
