Manager, Channel Execution

Description

Working closely with and reporting to the Director of Access and Trade, the Channel Execution Manager - AUVI-Q will serve as the primary manager of key channel vendors, including our hub/call centers. The Channel Execution Manager will be responsible for the overall quality and performance of the vendors. Additionally, the Channel Execution Manager will collaborate with internal partners to drive continuous improvement and innovation and will serve as an interface between the vendors and our salesforce.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as lead contact for and manager of key access vendors, including the hub/call centers
  • Work closely with the hub to ensure they adhere to expected performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Focus on continual process improvement at the hub
  • Support analysis, definition, documentation, implementation and communication of process changes to meet patient/business needs
  • Ensure preparations and staffing build needed to meet our peak season are executed appropriately and on time
  • Lead the tracking of all open issues and push through to resolution
  • Support communication of and adherence to corporate initiatives and projects
  • Monitor inventory levels, dating, and shipments to channel participants
  • Collaborate with marketing team to respond to customer requests related to the channel vendors as needed
  • Serve as liaison between sales force and vendors, managing complaint resolution process, interacting with Health Care Provider offices as needed, and identifying opportunities for improvements in processes or access
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify and execute on opportunities for sales growth and profitability enhancements
  • Audit vendor invoices
  • Ensure vendor contracts and documentation (MSAs/SOWs/Business Rules/SOPs) are maintained and followed
  • Work with internal Compliance and QC team to perform periodic vendor audits and oversee vendor adherence to audit standards
  • When needed, lead Request for Proposal processes for potential new vendors
  • Lead vendor on-boarding activities
  • Provide leadership and development to foster strong relationships within and outside the Company
  • Maintain open communication throughout the organization, especially in regard to multi-product and cross-functional efforts
  • Exercise sound judgment and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with company policies in all activities and communications
  • Travel regularly to visit vendors on-site

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in management in the pharmaceutical industry a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or vendor management a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in consulting-like environment a plus
  • Six Sigma or process improvement training a plus
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions, but with the knowledge of the situations where supervisory input is essential
  • Highly organized and able to manage various constituents to see projects to successful completion
  • Strong communicator who can work well with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams while also building rapport with external vendors and customers
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a highly dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
