JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Program Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and administration of assigned Residential Services components, i.e. specific residential sites and the staff who work at these sites.


1.Directly responsible for the development and administration of specific residential sites as assigned by the Program Director.

2.Recruit, hire and supervise the staff that works at those residential sites.

3.Responsible for ensuring Residential Services staff understands the mission and goals of the agency and program and that all work toward actualizing those goals.

4.Oversee the implementation of Individual Service Plans with other Residential Services staff.

5.Coordinate with, or oversee the coordination with, other community providers regarding consumer specific issues, program information/education, and regulatory issues.

6.Ensure the assigned residential sites are in full compliance with regulations regarding life and safety.

7.In coordination with the Residential Specialists and other administrative staff of Residential Services, oversee the movement of residents within Residential Services, as well as admissions & discharges.

8.Oversee the expenditures of the assigned residential sites, keeping the Program Director informed of spending and needs.

9.Perform quarterly random chart audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

10.Set-up in-house trainings on needed topics and encourage staff to take advantage of outside and online trainings and webinars.

11.Perform other duties as may be deemed necessary and appropriate by the Program Director or Associate Service Area Director of BHS.

Position Requirements
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A Master’s degree in the Human Services field. LPC or LCSW required.
