About the Organization Orion is a full service drilling company with operations in South Texas, West Texas, and Appalachia. We are looking for safe, talented, and energetic employees who believe in providing quality workmanship. Just like our rigs, Orion has been hand built from the ground up, combining some of the industries' best minds, newest technologies, and proven safety procedures. Orion's first well was drilled in the fall of 2003. Since then we have grown our fleet of rigs to meet industry demands.

Safety, Equipment, and Personnel are all key factors in a successful drilling program. At Orion, we've invested in careful training, the best in new equipment, and exceptional managers and drillers. Our people and our ingenuity are the root of our success. We know there's more than one way to drill a well. It's not a flashy new process or some patent-pending product that makes our projects successful. It's simply our people and unique way of thinking that makes it all come together.
