Job Summary:

Ardisam is seeking a passionate and driven team- leader that is excited about the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders in defining and executing an E-Commerce channel strategy for all Ardisam brands (Eskimo, Earthquake, River’s Edge, Gazelle etc.) The primary responsibility of the E-commerce Manager will be designing and executing focused sales and marketing plans to meet strategic objectives within the online channel while aligning to both company and key account goals. Specifically this person will be focused on developing the Ecommerce strategy for Amazon, Walmart and other 3rd party marketplaces with a full understanding of all the necessary supporting functions and roles of Ecommerce, such as pricing, logistics, implementation, customer acquisition, product development, merchandising and branding. This person will need to lead the E-Commerce sales team efforts in and maintaining and increasing volume levels within existing accounts and growing new accounts to deliver long-term profitability.

Job Duties:

-Generate and Manage annual E-Commerce sales and profitability plans and monitor results vs plan throughout the year for the E-Commerce channel

-Train, develop and manage the E-Commerce team to efficiently execute tasks required to maintain marketplace accounts: setting up, operating, monitoring, reporting, and inventory.

-Work with Product Line Owners to set, monitor and adjust pricing to align with business objectives.

-Lead collaboration and review meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of forecasts and the achievement of fill rates to required levels.

-Conduct business reviews with key accounts, manage major customer relationships and present relevant findings to business unit owners and executive leadership

-Identify and develop new business opportunities and business relationships to expand revenue, profitability and market share

-Evaluate issues and effectively communicate technical and non-technical solutions to peers and customers.

-Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement online initiatives and inform go-to-market strategies.

-Integrate with our brand/marketing team to aggregate consumer and retailer feedback to develop new insights into shopping behavior and product development.

-Increase the share of ecommerce to retail sales without sacrificing retail sales within established business channels

-Leverage existing relationships at Amazon and other existing E-Channel partners to drive sales growth.

Skills and Competencies:

-Ability to plan, forecast, and secure business

-Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and make decisions based on the results

-Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and market conditions

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-High aptitude for learning new technologies

Education/Qualifications:

-BA/BS degree

-5+years in business or marketing related role specializing in the consumer products industry

-3+ years of experience working with major online platforms, specifically Amazon

-Experience with Amazon seller and/or vendor central a plus

-MS Office Software proficiency

-Mastery of marketplace backend tools, processes and systems.

Compensation: Salary commensurate with the position coupled with a strong performance bonus plan based on sales growth.

Duration of Employment: Full Time

Physical Requirements:

-Must be able to lift at least 50lbs

-Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Work Days: Monday – Friday

Hours / Day: 8

Work Shift: First Shift

Travel: Travel is required as needed to accomplish the job-- Estimated 10-20% of the time.
