ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
„h Responsible for coordinating the prompt pickup and delivery of food items to Guests by the servers.
„h Ensures all final food preparation is in compliance with Grand Casino Standards.
„h Responsible for communication between the kitchen, line and Servers.
„h Promotes positive Guest Service through prompt, courteous and efficient manner.
„h Performs as a team with Line Cooks, Supervisors, Bussers, Servers, and any other pertinent Grand Casino Associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation on a scheduled shift.
„h Assists in maintaining a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with state health regulations.
„h Perform other duties as assigned.
