Description

Summary:

This effort provides continuous analytical support services for the US Army Combined Arms Center Mission Command Center of Excellence Capabilities Development Integration Directorate (CAC-MC CoE CDID) MCBL Science and Technology (S&T) Branch. Personnel shall provide deliverables for the satisfactory completion of the AI MC effort and its related areas, such as electronic warfare, information operations, personnel recovery, site exploitation, and airspace command and control. This will include multiple assessments being performed simultaneously to include all or part of the MC Warfighting Function, for formations at echelons above brigade (EAB) up to Army Service Component Command (all formation variants).

Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:

Developing the required products necessary to support CDID's MC publication of appropriate capability development documents supporting the integration of AI ideas and technologies with Army Functional Concepts, the Campaign of Learning, CNA analysis, and/or events

Preparing technical input for Mission Command doctrine and related concepts

Preparing information and decision briefings

Required Qualifications:

5 years of demonstrated experience as a task lead or managing programs in support of Army or Joint requirements

Demonstrated planning experience for complex activities equivalent to that of a brigade S3 or Executive Officer

2 years of experience leading writing teams for TRADOC concept documents or similarly large and complex documents

Division, corps, or higher echelon experience and knowledge of Combined Arms Center and TRADOC organizations and functions

B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited university

MEL 4 certification or Amy Management Staff college equivalent

Desired Qualifications:

5 years of greater field-grade knowledge and experience in Army, joint, and coalition operations

B.S. degree from accredited university in Computer Science

Service with joint or combined organizations

Minimum of two years' experience in an Army capability development

Clearance: SECRET security clearance is required
