What You'll Be Doing Work with internal teams and vendors to manage projects from conception through completion Bid and produce project management programs Negotiate costs and obtain estimates from various vendors to ensure the most competitive pricing Provide detailed estimates to account managers Write purchase orders and specifications for the delivery of goods and services from outsourced vendors Able to maintain the required level of quality through every step of the delivery process Reconcile invoices as needed Create and maintain project timelines Coordinate deliverables and schedules between vendors and internal teams Traffic and approve proofs, personalization sign offs and insertion orders within project deadlines Manage inventory Provide inventory management reports Reconcile any differences between PO and delivery Manage disposition of old inventory Assumes additional responsibilities as required   Position Requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university Minimum of three (3) years related experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experienced and reasonable negotiator that can uncover and leverage opportunities Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Software Mathematical Skills - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages Must be able to execute multiple projects simultaneously EOE M/F/D/V   Category Production   Location DMW Direct - Chesterbrook   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   This position is currently not accepting applications.
