Share Email Opening Title Security-Shuttle Driver  Position Security-Shuttle Driver "REVISED"   Position Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid, state Class III Commercial Driver's license with Passenger Endorsement (Code P) and at least six (6) months commercial driving experience. Meet WRC driver's insurance requirements. High School Diploma or GED required. Obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of hire date. Six (6) months of customer service experience to ensure courteous, friendly and efficiency with customers. Physically fit; have good visual and auditory acuity, and be able to drive in adverse weather. Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests. Valid DOT Medical examiners certificate. Requires a Low Security Gaming License clearance. Must be at least 25 years of age. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: None.   Description JOB SUMMARY Provide shuttle/cart service for Wildhorse customers, including 15-30 passenger bus or van as needed for trips and charters away from property. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient and friendly service. Promotes positive guest relations at all times, promptly responding to guest inquiries/requests, and resolving guest concerns at the lowest level possible, ensuring guest satisfaction. Greets guests arriving and departing in a friendly courteous and caring manner using personalized service. Promotes safety above all other tasks, including maintaining vehicles so they are clean and free of slip and fall hazards and ensuring that customers entering and exiting the vehicle are able to do so safely. Obey all traffic laws/signs to ensure the safest operation of WRC vehicles and the safety of our guest. Will conduct a routine inspection of your vehicle before and after assigned shift, reporting any damage, defects, or operational concerns. If any concerns may impact the operational safety of the vehicle, report immediately to the shift manager. Responsible for fueling vehicles appropriately, following established purchasing procedures. Will participate in Security staff meetings and training as required. Maintains a working knowledge of company facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to provide guest with accurate, up to date information.
