Effective communication skills: good auditory acuity, and able to verbally respond appropriately. Demonstrate interpersonal skills and abilities that promote positive guest services. Physically able to: stand or walk for long periods of time; perform routine bending and lifting of product up to 35lbs.; to perform repetitive motions of arms, hands, wrists, and fingers; and occasionally lift and maneuver up to 140 lbs.; to work in varied (hot, cold, Smokey) environment. Presents a professional demeanor through appearance and a positive attitude toward all employees and guests. Must possess or obtain a food handler's certificate and an OLCC certificate within 30 days of employment. Requires a High Security gaming license clearance. Must be at least 21 years of age. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: None   Description JOB SUMMARY Responsible for making sure bar service areas and inventories are maintained at all times. Ensures guest satisfaction, beverage quality, and cleanliness of bar area and supplies. Requires knowledge of bar supplies and common drinks being served. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Ensure guest service standards through prompt, efficient and friendly service. Maintains inventory of bar supply needs and promptly and efficiently stocks beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice and dry goods. Insure that inventory items are stored/placed using FIFO systems. Provides trash pickup and disposal of bar and service areas, including removing bags and replenishing bags, wiping down receptacles, and floor as needed. Maintains a neat and clean station on continual basis. Assists with removal of used dishware and utensils. Washes and stocks glassware and utensils. Shall assist with bussing of tables and running food from kitchen as needed. Report any health standards or safety needs immediately to Supervisor. Keep Supervisor apprised of operational concerns including recipes, inventory, and supply needs. Adhere to company policies, regulatory laws, codes, and department procedures. Promote internal guest service standards with courteous and respectful behavior with co-workers.
