Project Administrator - Tempe, AZ

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Support Branch invoicing, maintaining accounting files, project setup and new client/vendor setup functions
  • Providing billable value-added support for technical experts and other project staff.
  • Help with submitting marketing proposals, RFQ and local marketing presentations
  • Database entry for specific client systems
  • Word processing and creating other Office-suite documents such as memos, databases and tables.
  • Maintain efficient and orderly work place.
  • Abide by ATC's health and safety policies and procedures.
Position Requirements

Basic qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including word processing, spreadsheet and data entry skills.

  • Strong business/client orientation
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and willingness to pitch in with the team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent telephone manner.
  • Detail-oriented; organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility and desire to learn new skills and information
  • Self-motivated; able to work without supervision
  • Able to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Must work well with managers, technical, and administrative staff
  • Ability to simultaneously work on and manage multiple tasks/projects
