Job Summary: Responsible for the overall management of the Agency’s Mercer County adult addiction treatment programs. These programs include both the traditional and intensive outpatient services provided under Project Free (IOP) and ALAD (OP) program licensure. The Program Director shall play a central role in developing and implementing services responsive to evidenced consumer need, and shall ensure services are high quality and rendered in accordance with Catholic Charities and regulatory standard. In addition to its administrative responsibilities, the position requires the Program Director to be involved in the direct provision of consumer services. Duties and Responsibilities: A) Administrative 1) Provide oversight and supervision of treatment team 2) Ensure service provision and documentation are completed in accordance with Agency and regulatory standards. 3) Establish and achieve clinical and performance outcomes that are consistent with or exceed industry standards and contractual commitments 4) Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the program and to respond to unmet consumer needs 5) Meet or exceed identified / contracted levels of service delivery. Monitor and report volumes on a monthly basis. 6) Participate in budgeting process. Monitor revenue and expenses on a weekly/monthly basis and ensure performance is consistent with budgeted expectations. 7) Develop quality performance initiatives to enhance the clinical and/or administrative functioning of the program. Utilize PDSA methodology in implementing and tracking effectiveness of measures. Participate in all QI meetings. 8) In conjunction with the Director of Addiction Recovery Services and Human Resources Department, the Program Director will work to maintain appropriate staffing levels and to address all human resource questions and concerns in accordance with Agency policy 9) The Program Director and/ or their designate will be a primary contact for the program’s principal referral sources to ensure optimal customer service is provided and that coordination of care is strong B) Clinical 1) The Program Director shall be expected to provide direct clinical service to a defined caseload. Services may include providing assessment, individual, group or family therapy. 2) The Program Director will maintain the clinical records of assigned consumers in accordance with policy. 3) The Program Director will ensure coverage, or provide clinical services in the absence of assigned clinical team members 4) The Program Director or their designate will coordinate clinical case reviews on a regularly scheduled basis 5) The duties as defined are not all inclusive. The position may require completion of other clinical or administrative duties as assigned.
