The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will: Have ownership of all assigned supply chain functions assigned, and provide day to day supervision of these areas. Be accountable for daily work assignments of all regular and temporary labor to meet or exceed customer SLAs while minimizing labor costs. Provide leadership and guidance to all staff for continual improvement of key functions and activities to improve efficiency and meet increasing customer and business demands. Have an understanding of/experience with 5S/ Lean/ Six Sigma. Understand work load planning to ensure efficient use of labor. Enforce safety/housekeeping standards to meet AIB standards. Ensure labor is balanced across departments as required to meet each days business needs, minimize overtime and reduce labor costs. Effectively communicate work task Standard Operating Procedures, convey key information during pre-shift meetings and ensure appropriate shift hand-offs. Recommend layout changes to improve velocity, performance and reduce labor costs. Comply with all OSHA, federal, and state policies that optimize safety within the facility.   Position Requirements PAWsome Warehouse Operations Supervisors will have: 3-5 years of warehouse and distribution experience. 3-5 years of supervisory experience. High School Diploma/GED preferred. Ability to work flexible shifts/hours. WMS experience, specifically Manhattan WM experience preferred. Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Experience with PC, RF guns and printers.
