Responsible for the overall success of the Continental Breakfast area.

Opening the breakfast area at the appropriate time each morning.

Setting up and operating necessary equipment.

Displaying food items in an appealing manner, restocking when necessary.
-
Projects a friendly image towards hotel Guests and Associates.
-
Collects appropriate breakfast coupons.
-
Keeps tables clear and clean for Guest use.
-
Removes trash from breakfast area.
-
Orders food items from various vendors to maintain adequate inventory.
-
Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
-
Stock items from storerooms for next day.
-
All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Ability to pass our Basic Skills Assessment

Related experience preferred.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
-
Successful completion of Bloodborne Pathogen training classes.
-
Must be able to secure appropriate licensing from the gaming commission.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Must be able to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations. Must be able to read, interpret and apply instructions and technical terminology furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, percentages, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:

Must be able to apply commonsense understanding to a variety of situations, in order to collect data, analyze facts, and determine appropriate response.
