Customer Service Representative - BAK

Location Ann Arbor, MI - BAK  

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. Must handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in an efficient and timely manner reflected with a professional demeanor.

  • Handle and answer high volume of customer calls.
  • Process orders received via email, phone or fax same business day.
  • Respond to high volume of email inquiries, within 24 hours or less, with accuracy.
  • Provide technical and warranty support for aftermarket products.
  • Responsible for quarterly (or more frequent) outbound customer calls.
  • Above average ability to multi-task while maintaining integrity and quality of service
  • Additional duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager.
Position Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.  Some college a plus.
  • One+ years working in an office environment or Customer Service experience. Aftermarket or OEM experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, typing skills, ability to multi-task, ability to communicate.
  • Demonstrate superb written and oral communicate skills and maintain overall performance and attendance.
  • Proficient with MSOffice, standard office equipment and ERP systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and abilities to multi-task within a fast-pace environment.
