Sales Representative, On Premise Division - Mancini Beverage

JOB SUMMARY:

Consistently achieve sales growth objectives and Business Driver goals through the effective management of all key activities within the accounts. Plan, organize and execute the sales and marketing activities of all brands in assigned accounts.

Core Job Functions

  • Achieve all the sales goals and Business Driver Objectives in the assigned accounts

  • Target to meet all the distribution and activity standards within the account

  • Manage all selling activities within the accounts to include order mgmt, Back Bar Brand visibility, menu placement, signage utilization, program execution, wait staff training, promotional activity, AR

    Key Accountabilities and Workstreams

  • Analyze account base in order to identify key brand opportunities across all segment of the portfolio: spirits, beer, wine and Non alcoholic beverages

  • Pre-plan sales calls and present new products and promotions to all buyers

  • Target and leverage back bar brand Visibility and signage

  • Create wine lists and drink lists for accounts

  • Aggressively seek menu placements and by the glass programs

  • Consistently target and train bar and restaurant wait staff about our brands

  • Inform customers and actively sell in new items, programs, and activities

  • Audit and maintain quality assurance (QA) standards for products

  • Manage Accounts Receivables to be within credit terms

  • Use all sales tools and resources for order entry and other sales related activities

  • Maintain current route list with current data and information

  • Use Data Driller for effective sales tracking

  • Actively participate in weekly sales meetings and sales events

  • Complete tracking forms as required by manager in a timely fashion
