SUMMARY

  • The Student Service Supervisor position is located at Anniston, Alabama
  • The position provides support in administrative and student service requirements
  • Provide data administration associated with registration of students for resident, non-resident, indirect programs, external agency training, and special events
  • This support includes, but is not limited to student registration; student in-processing and out-processing; classroom support; student transportation services; records maintenance/automated document archival/records analysis; outreach; and the coordination of training facility schedules

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support for student registration activities
  • Provide technical assistance in support of Federal, Private Sector, and International participants. Technical assistance includes: collaboration with Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) External Affairs, Finance Office, Security Office and the Registrar's Office
  • Develop comprehensive training schedules for each training program
  • De-conflict training schedules with the other contractors in a manner to eliminate logistics issues for support assets (i.e. transportation, meals, equipment issue, medical support services etc.)
  • Conduct in processing for all resident students on day of arrival
  • Conduct out processing for all students on day of departure
  • Provide administrative support for registration activities for all non-resident training or indirect training
  • Maintain course logs for resident, nonresident, and indirect training that reflects all officially approved classes by Fiscal Year
  • Submit monthly reports based on data collected from Center for Domestic Preparedness Training Administration System (CTAS)
  • Provide administrative and support services for all approved special events
  • Provide support to external agencies when requested
  • Track costs for external work orders and provide actual cost data

 
Position Requirements
  • 5-7 years’ experience as a services coordinator.
  • Working knowledge of the Center for Domestic Preparedness Training Administration System (CTAS).
  • A degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written.
  • Experience with the suite of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work with multiple government agencies.
  • Proof of U.S. citizenship.
  • Able to meet Government background investigation requirements.
