Implementation Coordinator PACE/LIFE and MedaCube 

Description

PACE organizations nationwide rely on CareKinesis pharmacy for medication risk mitigation services. CareKinesis increases medication adherence and reduces hospitalizations through expert consultation services, the EireneRx medication management platform, custom adherence packaging, and flexible medication access and delivery options. We consistently strive to reduce medication-related risk while documenting improved economic, clinical, and humanistic outcomes.

The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for shaping the initial impression of CareKinesis through serving as a liaison between PACE organizations and the Company to ensure smooth transitions of PACE organization clients from the point of execution of a partnering agreement to the completion of the onboarding/orientation of receiving services from CareKinesis including MedaCube. The Implementation Coordinator spends a significant amount of time interfacing with the clients, including on-site travel.

  • Works with Implementation Leadership to communicate via conference call, email and on-site interactions with members of the clients' leadership teams to develop comprehensive roll-out plans for new clients.

  • Interacts with CareKinesis' new business team to assess pipeline and coordinate implementation timelines.

  • Serves as project manager, responsible for transitioning a PACE/LIFE organizations from current pharmacy provider to CareKinesis' services including MedaCube.

  • Manages timelines and project management via on-line software, and delegates necessary tasks to internal departments.

  • Orients Pre-PACE/new PACE organizations to medication 'best practices' utilized by CareKinesis clients.

  • Maintains accurate and updated client info in Salesforce/CRM software during implementation.

  • Works with Project Manager of MedaCube & the MedaCube team to coordinate the training and installation of MedaCube.

  • Conducts personalized and customized on-site orientation and training for clients by following the Medacube implementation process as described.

 
Position Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, or related field

Certifications:

  • CPhT (or willingness to acquire and maintain within a reasonable period from hire)

Experience & Training:

  • 2+ years associate level office, sales or clinical position

  • If main experience is office or clinical, at least some sales experience.

  • Experience with client facing

  • Understanding of the PACE industry

Specific Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; skilled at building strong rapport and securing buy-in of CareKinesis policies and procedures

  • Comfortable with MS Office, including Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Independent and self-sufficient in a variety of environments/situations.

  • Highly organized

Travel (approximately 50-75%) for implementation meetings, orientation, and go-live support. Travel depends on influx of new CareKinesis clients.
