Description

MOBE

At MOBE, we help individuals get back to living more of the life they want to live, through our Guided Self-Management Program. Studies have shown that self-management can provide real relief from chronic pain, discomfort associated with chronic illness, anxiety and stress. Self-management also plays a pivotal role in helping the body respond to treatments for chronic illness or conditions.

The ideas behind self-management may be simple, but living them isn't always easy. Especially when trying to manage the everyday realities of joint inflammation, stomach issues, lack of sleep, seizure disorders and any other number of health or pain related issues.

With MOBE, instead of going it alone, participants work with a MOBE Guide who provides the added support of an experienced care guide.Someone who takes the time to understand each participant's unique health situation, guiding them through the steps of self-management.
