Technical Support Engineer - CPM has an immediate opening for a technical support engineer
The CPM Technical Support Engineer will have the capability and responsibility of designing, architecting, extending and implementing test automation systems as well as dealing with production outages or issues. The Technical Support Engineer will be updating, maintaining, and occasionally creating applications relating to all areas of CPM production. This position requires the ability to troubleshoot application issues and to relay the information to staff and our customers and server technicians and other developers. Education & ExperienceA. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or related technical discipline), Information Systems, or equivalent work experience is required.B. 3-5 years experience in testing methodology, automation and Java development.C. Previous experience architecting, designing or testing and implementing micro-service designed applications.D. Exposure to agile methodology and experience working on agile teams, Acceptance Testing is a plus.E. Experience with the Education industry is a plus.
