Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital (Holland Bloorview) has a vision to create the most meaningful and healthy futures for all children, youth and families. In support of this vision and in keeping with its new No boundaries 5-year strategic plan, Holland Bloorview is bringing on a new Vice President of Corporate Innovation & Services.
Reporting to the CEO and acting as a member of the senior management team, you will oversee and provide leadership for Finance, Information services, Materials Management, Building and Environmental services, Food services, and Health Records. This is a broad and impactful role, touching on all aspects of Holland Bloorviews operations.
Your success as one of the new wave of senior leaders at Holland Bloorview will have widespread impact in key areas such as the hospital's digital footprint and administrative effectiveness and excellence. In this role, you will impact the lives of all those within the Holland Bloorview community.
As the ideal candidate, you are a strategic corporate services leader with a track record of success establishing strong, cooperative working relationships in a complex, multi-tiered environment. You will bring your blend of strategic and tactical management to issues ranging from IT change management to facility space planning. You will be a leader who sets direction and is willing to roll up your sleeves to support your team.
