Share Email Opening Title Export Control and Contracts Administrator (CCC)  Astronics Subsidiary   Location   Description Job Summary The Export Control and Contracts Administrator will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring export compliance functions, IAW corporate policy, as well as new contracts review and contract amendment functions. Additionally, this position will develop and help manage a product warranties program. Key Responsibilities Using templates and other company material, write/develop new company procedures and manuals Develop training presentations to support departmental training of export procedures Perform customer and vendor screening using dedicated company software tools Perform audits on company procedures to ensure compliance; write CAR's as needed Assist engineering in proactively identifying export risks on new development products Primary point of contact for all commercial contracts, general terms agreements, compliance matrices and non-disclosure agreements Write and submit formal letters for contract acknowledgements or amendments Review and organize legacy company contracts Assist with the development of a warranty management function/tool Minimum Requirements Minimum 1 year experience with US export regulations and procedures Minimum 2 years experience in contract administrative functions Strong written and verbal communications skills   Position Requirements   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time     About the Organization Astronics Corporation (Nasdaq: ATRO) serves the world's aerospace, defense, and other mission critical industries with proven, innovative technology solutions.
