Our Team:
Under supervision of the Director, Trade Marketing, and as a fully participating member of the Trade Marketing team, the Associate Trade Marketing Manager manages a broad range of Trade and field sales administrative support activities.
What you will be doing:
- Support Trade Marketing Managers on channel specific initiative
- Maintain SOP for all Trade Marketing processes; Analyze current Trade Shows procedures and processes to determine effectiveness and recommend changes to improve departmental operations
- Key contact support for sales team including weekly updates communication
- Maintain Trade Marketing assets library including new item visuals, sales tools and price lists
- Development and maintenance of Trade Marketing Master calendar which includes all top retailer programs, timelines and costs, line-up reviews dates
- Provide general administrative support for Trade Marketing team including One-Serve Requests; product closet (samples, innovation mock-ups) and meeting materials upkeep
- Create PowerPoint presentations for customers as needed for both channels, FDM and Natural Creation and distribution of Promotional and Deal Sheets
- Serve as a liaison between field sales and Trade Marketing team for sales collateral and display process management
- Salesforce reporting, materials posting; Trade Visuals Software (IX-One) Initial set-up and ongoing administration
- Coordinate trade shows and table top shows; including registration, budget reporting, meeting schedules, product and sampling forecasting and ordering, travel accommodations
What you bring to the team:
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in administration, Business, Marketing or related degree
- 5+ years of professional experience Marketing, Sales, Trade operations, administrative support
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- SAP and/or Salesforce.com experience
