The position duties includes: setup and maintenance of a large program consisting of multiple projects in Deltek Cobra, creating and managing the Performance Measurement Baseline, processing baseline change requests (BCRs), generating IPMRs (Formats 1 – 5 and 7), maintaining baseline (CBB) log, calculating best case/most likely/worst case EACs, and producing various reports as requested by the client or Project Manager.
